TOSHIBA TO-247 Transistors is an electronic component IC. It is used in many fields, such as communication equipment, wired network, industrial electronic point of sale (EPOS), personal electronic PCs and notebook computers. In addition, it is green and RoHS compliant (lead-free/RoHS compliant). Each device is available in a small TO-247 package and specified over the extended temperature range of -40°C to 105°C (TA).
